"Playing for Change" 是一个用音乐激励人生、连接世界和实现和平的多媒体运动。
这个想法来自于一个共同的信念，即音乐的力量可以打破界限，超越人与人之间的距离。
尽管拥有不同的政治、经济、精神或意识形态背景，我们可以因为音乐而团结成为一个人。

"Playing for Change"的音乐家遍布世界各地，他们从新奥尔良到喜马拉雅山，
从伦敦到耶路撒冷，宗教在变化而人依然共通。 他们表演的场地在太阳之下，在街灯之下；
在公园、广场和长椅上；在门道入口；在鹅卵石街道；在小镇之中。
但是音乐的力量把他们从世界各地“聚集”到一起。
